Been here since 2005, and things have gone down hill. We were satisfied at first, but are very disappointed in this property now. Renewing is NOT an option. They are wolves in sheeps clothing. The "pack" mentality is ON! Don't bother asking...nothing will get accomplished. The only decent thing left are their maintenance guys... they work hard. I appreciate them.

If you want quality service, working amenities, or a "SAFE" place to raise your family... DON'T rent here.

Calling these people wolves in sheeps' clothing is being too kind. They are outright liars, couldn't care less about people, and all of the money is put into impressing people to lease an apartment. Once in, they couldn't care less, do not maintain the property well, and lie to you and make excuses when you bring anything to their attention. I will be another person to leave when my lease is up!!

Funny how the all gates were stuck open for months. Then there's a breaking & entering and the gates suddenly get closed and are working. Rather odd follow-up to the note they sent out saying security is the resident's concern and not their problem. Interested in how safe it is? Go to http://crimereports.com, enter 2500 Central Park Blvd. Bedford TX, click Get Report, and change the search parameter back 6 months. 5 thefts and 1 breaking & entering in 6 months.

Now, stop and look at the bright side. At least the gates are fixed. New locks on the fitness center and walk-in gates. The walk-in gates have an extra feature for dishonest people. All a person has to do is reach through the bars and turn the handle! They do not even have to know the code. For the person or persons making this decision: Using the famous words of the late, great Red Foxx, while playing Fred G. Sanford on Sanford and Sons: "YOU BIG DUMMY!"

They don't care. Check out the other reviews of CV in the metroplex and it's obvious it is all the CV corporate culture. Broken gates. Closed pools. Unprofessional staff. Dog poop. Unsafe feeling. Trash everywhere. Busted gym gear. They're common issues in many reviews of CV apartments on this site.

lots of small gates dont work and are broken around the entrance and around the pool. my pals use the side gate all time it doesnt close so makes it easy for me with no calls to open gate code. so they dont care but makes it easy to get it for guests. does suxs workout gear never fixed but i just go to 24hr fitness anyway.
