I kid you not! I am living with rats! Of course as usual -------- cannot find a way to place a work order and I spent days waiting for maintance to come out.Pest contol came out a week and half later and said unless someone else complains there is nothing they can do. I have removed 4 dead, 2 small and 2 big (small cat size). I cannot go into my laundry room without smelling the rat piss. When I turn on the oven it smells like I am cooking a dead animal. This is unbelievable! I would never think a place that WAS as nice as this could be such a slum!!!!!

maybe you should take the dead rats you find to the office. be sure to wait until they are busy. take your cable remote up there to surf the channels while they make you wait.
