if only my rent wasn't going up From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My rent went up 200 bucks so I sadly have to move out. I had a couple of problems that never seemed to get taken care of; dishwasher was broken and one of my sinks drain didn't work. All and all I loved my 2 bedroom apt. I wouldn't live on the 2nd floor though... electric in the summer months was a nightmare... got all the way up to 300 bucks in a 991 sq ft apt
