Maintenance needs polishing up

The office staff seems to be really nice and professional.

But the maintenance could use some polishing up.

The taller black guy came
over my apartment to fix a leak and the man reaked of alcohol bad.

I know it was after working hours but still he shouldn't be smelling like that if he is called out to do work on the property.
That could come back to bight you in the a--!
