Very Bad Experience

I agree with the previous reviewer and had a very bad experience with Summer Stone.
1.
First of all, the energy price is high.
We rarely cook at home, but our electricity bill has never been lower than $150/month.
In a winter month, I received a bill as high as $380! The manager downstairs also admitted to me that her electricity bills were in the same range.
So I don't think this is just a problem of a few residents.
2.
We never had a water bill lower than $40/month.
The normal range for us is $45-47 and we have a family of 3.
3.
There are bug problems inside the apartment.
They are everywhere in the kitchen and WILL come back after rounds of pest control.
4.
The manager is dishonest and greedy and will charge you phony bills which is absolutely ridiculous when you leave the apartment.
We had to fight hard to get it off.
5.
needless to say, we do NOT recommend this place.
