My husband and I have lived here for about 9 months and have nothing but good things to say about this complex.
In regards to the negative postings I have seen on this page, 1) Our apartment is in great condition! The buildings are old, but have been very well maintained and updated.
Much better than other properties in the neighborhood that we viewed.
2) We do hear sirens however they are not all that noticeable.
(if the tv is on you wont even hear them).
3) energy prices are high no matter where you go right now.
Our water bill has never been above $40 and we live in a 2/2.
Electric bills are going to be high because of the weather and as mentioned above rising energy costs.
We run the air as low as possible all day and night and our bills are not as high as some others mentioned in other reviews.
4) we dont have a single bug.
We never have...
ever.
I take that back, maybe one roach after it has rained.
Thats it.
5) As far as the office staff goes,..
they are wonderful! They remember my first and last name and my apartment number.
That is quite impressive! The ladies are always very sweet and ready to provide the service that you request.
(when you move out of an apartment unless it is 100% spotless, never expect your deposit back, expect to pay.
That is the way apartments are..
is this your first time renting') 6) Maintenance has always been here at a reasonable time, and fixed everything right the first time.
We have never had problems.
Overall, this complex is a wonderful place to live.
I think it is everything anyone could ask for when it comes to apartments! My husband and I will be signing another one year lease and possibly another after that.
We are proud to call this place our home.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

if it was so great then why post you opinion anonymously? some of the staff live here. would you be employed by the apartments?i think you are. this place is a dump. i wont go into details for fear of retaliation. too bad that the apartments are under investigation by tenant organizations. i hope that they expose this company.

I posted the original posting.... i live in the complex... i have for 2 years and we just resigned another 13 month lease. I work for a law firm and my husband for a paint company. I do not wish to give apt numbers nor company names due to fear of retaliation from the previous poster who apparently has some unresolved issues.
