Summerstone is really bad. I leased there for a year and couldn't possibly have had a worse experience.
1. Their staffs,especially the manager, are very dishonest. For more than a couple of time, they cashed my rent checks and claimed that I didn't pay my rent and wanted to fine me. I had to show them my bank statements to prove my innocence. They also charge huge bogus bills when your lease is up and you won't renew with them.
2. Maintenance is virtually unexistent. You can be assured that nothing will get fixed here.
3. Apartments are very old and poorly constructed. Energy bills are sky high. Don't be surprised if you get an over $500 electricity bills.
So, please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
