I've lived at this complex since Dec '04 and while employee turnover is typically high I'm pleased with the apartment, maintenance and the front office crew. We enjoyed the pool party over the summer - I'm surprised more folks didn't participate. It's near the schools, enough kids to keep mine busy on the weekends but all well behaved.

Not sure what "run, run" commenter experienced but as I've been here over the same periud of time I think perhaps they've got the wrong complex. The only partyers at the pool are a late 20ish/early 30ish crowd that I consider myself part of and not rowdy like some of the complexes that attract a younger crowd. If anything I think there's a great mix of residents from older couples to younger couples, single parents with kids, and some younger folk.
