I can't tell. The manager and maintainence really seam to know what they are doing. I moved in 6 months ago and love it here. All my requests are handled immeadiately. I have referred this place to my co-workers and three of them have already moved in. We all love it here. It is so quiet and peaceful. When you go to the office you are always greeted and never feel like you interrupted them (like I did at my last apartments) I will continue to tell everyone what a great place to live.

when AIMCO was in charge they had much better management. The property was bought by some people in Europe, who probably do not like -------- and Rene and maintenance people hate --------.
