i live there now. it's terrible. in 9 months i have lived there, my hot water failed, my heater broke, my ceiling leaked in 3 places, and today, my power went out with no explanation. for all the previous problems, it took forever for them to fix, and they were all HUGE inconveniences.
not only that, but when i wrote an official letter to renee, the apt manager, requesting that my rent be discounted because of these problems, she IGNORED it.
AND none of the washers or dryers work in the laundry facility. this is the LAST place i would ever recommend to anyone.

The electric went off because of a power outage. It had nothing to do with the apartments. About eight city blocks was without power until TXU could repair the problem.
