I just wanted to let everyone know that this complex is not pet friendly at all. Once you pay your pet deposit, just realize that you will probably never see a dime of that money again. The management will send you this huge bill once you leave the property with all these charges for pet damage. I received a large bill from the management for pet damages, some of the charges I do agree with and paid them in full, but some of the charges were totally false. I feel like it is the manager??s way of getting money out of you after you have already gone, and trust me when I say this ,??she will not work with you on the charges??. I was pretty much told,?? do not pay it I will just report it to your credit??. So instead of letting her destroy my good credit that I worked hard for, I had to pay the charges. To me this is not the type of management style that would bring me back to this complex. I further would never return, or recommend anyone to this property for the lack of respect that I was treated with. So for all that are looking at this complex beware, because if it happened to me I guarantee it can happen to you.

This unfortunately is correct. The current manager has done this to a Bedford police officer as well as a Sheriff who had a pet(s). The "repair" charges are either bogus or really out of line.
The apartments are old, small and honestly just "crappy". If you have a pet they are going to gouge you to help update the crappy!
