I have been so upset living here. I moved in here to find old yellow, wood handled appliances that do not work properly but yet my new neighbor and the one before him had brand new white appliances in their unit. There is no insulation so your air conditioning runs constantly and the air units are 25 years out of date. The Manager does nothing but give the run around and you can never find her in the office. The phone service is constantly going to the answering service. They paint the apartments and just leave splatter all over the old cabinets and glass windows. All the windows leak hot air and very cold air in the summer and winter. No caulking and the maintenance guys can't make anything work for very long and put off doing any work (per management) in order to save money. I know about the freezer and deep freeze just sitting on a balcony looking terrible and yet I fully do not expect Renee to do anything to upset the new tenant who has new appliances also.
This is the absolute worst place and management I have ever known. You have to pay a really high rent to live here with such conditions. Other older apartments have all upgraded everything. Parking is terrible. People have all their friends over on the weekends and if you come home late, you will have to park half way down the parking lot and walk to your apartment because management does NOTHING about it.

I have to agree with alot of what is being said in the above review. If you call to have something "fixed" you can bet you will be calling on it again and probably a third time as well. Also, the windows really do leak. By this I mean, you can literally feel the breeze through closed windows or patio doors during the winter. These means that the air conditioning is no doubt leaking out in the summer and that bill is high enough. Also, the management does upgrade some apartments while others are woefully lacking. You should see what passes for a stove hood in most of the apartments. I really do have to agree with the cupboards not being cleaned and walls just painted. Also, I have spoken to several people who have moved out that owned pets, the current manager has charged everyone of them a pretty high rate for supposed damage. Not one person felt that the charges were in line with the apartment. I really would not recommend this complex.
