Our apartment was the cheapest of the two bedroom apartments and it was almost 800$. There is no covered parking, alarm system, or gate. It is a very nice looking apartment... but not enough "extras" for the high price and small apartment. We also lived on the third floor and it must not of been insulated very well because our electric bill was around 100$ every month... except in the hot TX summer when it was around 140$! Our apartment was only 870 sq. feet... and we DID NOT have w/d!! EXPENSIVE!
