First of all they didn't tell we had to pay water until the day we signed the lease.
It is also great that they advertise Frost-Free Refrigerators With Icemakers, however they fail to mention that they were manufactured in 1985 and have not been replace since, and when you have a problem with the Frost-Free Refrigerators With Icemakers they argue for two week before, not fixing or replacing it but switching it with a vacant apartment. So BEWARE you just might get the Frost-Free Refrigerator With Icemaker that freezes the milk but wont freeze the ice cream. Same with the stove and dishwasher, all made in 1985 and not replaced since.



It is also great the they advertise Large Picture Windows, and fail to mention the they leek air and their maintenance guy checks it with a flashlight' How you can check a leeking window with a flashlight is beyond me. Like I said dont get me wrong these apartments are very nice but the staff needs to be more forthcoming the correct information. Like "we have curb side trash pick up" but they also failed to inform us we had to pay for garbage disposal. That was very nice of them don't you think. Also if you are looking to lower your bills this place is not for you. On top of the rent, tack on between $35 and $40 a month in water/trash and between $145 and $160 in the electric.







If you value your car don't live here, the parking is a wreck. When you do finally FIND a parking spot it is under a tree completely filled with birds and we all know what you can expect in the morning. I have had to get a water buck out and clean the bird poop off my car just so I could open the door. We have two cars so we spend about $50 a month just trying to keep the bird poop off them. Be very sure before coming here. Nicer is not always better. I would rather have $50 a month in my pocket and less giant trees or well groomed grass. I'd rather have smaller windows and a cheaper electric bill.
