My first impression of this apartment complex was, "My god. It's so beautiful!" They've won the most beautiful complex in Bedford several years running. There's just no other way to describe it.

Talk about safe! I'm 24 and female. I felt safe walking my dog at odd hours of the night to the mail box. No trouble. I never worried about leaving stuff in my car or leaving my (2nd floor) living room windows cracked when I wasn't at home. I've never had anything stolen from the laundry room either. Yay!

The staff are amazing. They remember your name and your apartment number when you walk in the door. There's some 6 women in and out of the office all day, and the ALL know you! They're so helpful and so very nice... even when you're late with your water bill. **blush**

The pool is beautifully landscaped, and was always sparkling and clean. The work out room was always well-lit and smelled clean. The summertime pool parties were well-planned, with plenty of good food, good music, and door prizes. The grounds are never littered, and the trees, shrubs, and grass are always immaculate.


I honestly have only a few minor issues with this property.

(1) The parking lots are poorly drained. The sprinklers always turned my parking lot into a lake till the next afternoon. The sprinklers weren't properly aimed at the grass either, so I always got a shower on the way to my door at 10pm. Alas.

(2)Parking is a bit of an issue. There are a few large lots, but the parking spots close to the buildings go quickly. If anyone is having guests for the evening, plan to park far away for the night.

(3) Some of the floor plans are poorly laid out. There are several floor plans for 1 and 2 bedrooms. Look at as many as you can before making a decision. One of them only has one cabinet deep enough to hold pots and pans. One of them doesn't even have a pantry! Where would you store canned goods'

Truly, these problems are MINOR. The community is a dream come true. My family and I were very happy here for two years.
