I enjoyed the Village for 4 years before leaving Texas. Vanessa and her staff are exceptional and really nice. Maintenance is skilled, quick and so courteous--especially John. Security is excellent. As a single woman, I feel safe. The beauty of the grounds makes me proud to live here. Parking is abundant in my area, although I understand there may be fewer spaces in other sections of the complex. It's so quiet I can listen to birds chirping. Please consider that those who did not like it here had an unusual situation. This really is a very pleasant place to live.

Yeah, it may look pretty and staff seems knowledgable, and due to the exellent work of the Bedford police NOT the Village at Central Park management company and thier investment company partners for you saftey. The reason you hear birds chirping is maybe there a tree or two around you complex, DUH! aka Village a central PARK not Village at central PARKINGLOT!!!! **But in the end when you lease is up and you move they will stick you for every penny you have!!! Deposite: No return. Extra charges for items that should be under age wear and tear and should be paid by the management company not the previous tenat.
