When my husband and I moved into this complex in 1998 it was beautiful. The staff was welcoming, accomodating and curteous. The grounds were well taken care of and most of all the apartment unit was spotless! It was our first home together and just everything we could of asked for. It was quiet and well taken care of.

The next year sometime a new company took over ownership and management. They were located in New Jersey and that seemed to be the fall downhill. They fired all current management and with the complex being so far away we were out of sight, out of mind.

They hired a new manager who was rude, crude and down right mean. She would bang on your door and demand being let in under the guise of having to check apartments for "fire hazards". This woman was a snoop! She even threatened us with eviction because of a few loads of laundry on our bedroom floor. She said it was a fire hazard.

Maintenance went to the dogs. Nothing got fixed. And the tenants that were moving in were loud, noisy and peed off thier balconey's and nothing was done about it. We ended up having to break out lease and move in the night.

On top of all that they are still hounding us for money! All the repairs in the unit they never fixed are now our responsibility to reimburse them!

Do NOT move there unless you feel like you are under the eye of a mean bull dog who won't do anything for you or the comfort of your home.
