First off, I noticed that they took the state flag down to put up a availability flag, must be a Jersey thing. Management/owners think it's upscale with the Boys Ranch next door, imagine when the water park is in. No amenities to speak of and nowhere to put them, a questionaire was sent out last asking what the residents would like to see go into the community room, but nothing changed. A few years ago, after the new owners took over, their whole staff left and they've gone through staff since, except for the ones described in other posts. Inflexible, apethetic staff didn't seem to be concerned about the residents safety or happiness.

Buildings, not very well insulated, windows leak, plumbing shows it's age and when the 'greenery' was replaced, there were lots of bug(spiders and ants) problems and lots of old air conditioner compressors still in service.

The best thing about the place was being very close to the police and fire departments.
