(user photo) The a/c unit above the shower, constantly fills with water then flood the tub at random with cold water, has been "fixed" twice. (user photo) Our screen isn't on the track, has to stay at this position or it falls right over.

I like my HOME!

I've lived in apartments before and they didn't feel like HOME. This place does. The neighbors and staff are friendly, but not obtrusive. Maintenance problems are taken care of quickly, and they are few and far between. Overall, I'm happy.

I decided to wait to write this review until I had been here for more than 6 months. I have, and I'm still very happy. I plan on staying for a while.

The only thing that I don't like about this complex is that I have to pay "pet rent" every month in addition to my deposit. It's a lot of money to pay for a dog that's 5 lbs wet! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
