I moved to Park Lake over a year ago and now we have a new Manager. Usually those things would worry me a bit, but things have just improved. We actually have fun resident activities. Brian and Shane, Maint. take great pride in the property and are always willing to help with anything. They seem like a real good team. That makes me feel much more comfortable living there. I have the greatest apartment. The two-tone colors are great and the view from the park is amazing. My kids love looking at the ducks. It is very nice living so close to a prak, water park and playground. Park Lake is just a real cozy place to be. I definetly recommend Park Lake. They have great deals and offer the best service.
