(user photo) The a/c unit above the shower, constantly fills with water then flood the tub at random with cold water, has been "fixed" twice. (user photo) Our screen isn't on the track, has to stay at this position or it falls right over.

I have read all the reviews, negative and positive. I choose to disregard the negative ones simply based on the writing itself. Those who wrote the negative reviews wouldn't be happy anyplace.

No apartment complex is perfect. But Parklake has been home for me the past 6 years. I will be moving this summer and I know it will be very difficult to find a comparable complex. I'll miss Parklake, the good and not so good.

As for the new management, I have to admit I was a bit put-off with Randy at first. But I believe he is trying to do the best for the residents. He needs to bush up on his people skills. Hopefully he'll improve over time.
