(user photo) The a/c unit above the shower, constantly fills with water then flood the tub at random with cold water, has been "fixed" twice. (user photo) Our screen isn't on the track, has to stay at this position or it falls right over.

I lived there for five years. The ONLY reason I moved was because my boyfriend lives in Irving and we are co-habitating now. I miss the speedy maintenance and the friendly staff. You don't know what you got til it's gone. And I miss Park Lake terribly. The only minor problems included a noisy neighbor a time or two (but you really can't do anything about the Bedford Trash!) and hard to find parking spots by your place on busy nights. Never had any other problems. The maintenance men fixed EVERYTHING whenever I put in a work order as soon as they could. The longest I wanted was 24 hours. Love it and recommend it. Randy is great! The maintenance people were great. The pool is deep, 8 ft! Love it, too. I also loved being by the park.
