I have to say that chages have occured and for the better. I have price shopped around and found that Waters Park is well within reason for this area. I love my apartment complex, its quiet, friendly, and in a culdasac so not a lot of traffic. all the residents are friendly and look out for one another. The upgrades to thes apartments are beautiful and many other apartments are doing the EXACT same thing..I get what I pay for...Beautiful home, quiet and relaxing, great maintenance and office managers. What other staff would treat you like family and make visits to the hospital, bring you flowers to work to say thank you, or help to with groceries. I have seen maitenance work all day then help some of our residents transfer and move them for free. I LOVE LIVING AT WATERS PARK.....I will be here a LONG LONG TIME

Get real! This was obviously written by someone on staff. The management is horrible and rude. The "upgrades" are cheap or nonexistant. The quality of tenants has dropped dramatically. It no longer feels safe to go to the mailboxes after dark. Flowers? Help with your groceries? Really?! Amazing.....
