Our family is very happy living here and we feel safe and proud to be part of this community.
The staff is EXCELLENT and we have not experienced anything negative since we have lived here. I read reviews left here and the few that are negative probably has something to do with their personal problems in not paying their rent or leaving
their apartment trashed or not leaving notice and who knows what else.
Maintenance is the best you could ask for and they make sure the residents are taken care of and not put off.
The office staff goes beyond the call of duty to keep residents like us content and feeling like this is our home and we are not treated like just a number.
The grounds are very well kept, not trashy and in response to any previous negative reviews, all you have to do is drive through the complex to see this yourself or stop and ask one of us outside how we like it here!!
I recommend this apartment community to anyone that is looking for a safe and affordable home.

I've lived here long enough to know, the management has been in a constant replacement process for years. And your petty comment about trash or paying bills or whatever planted responses you have, you can keep them to yourself. I've had none on my record, but have seen many leave this place disappointed or do the right thing and buy a house. Look at their occupancy rate, it is dismal since the refurbishment phase. You sound like management hyping to keep your job. Stop me and ask me, I'll tell you the truth. Your management has a long way to go before I'm convinced.

I don't know about the staff being so EXCELLENT. The manager, Sarah, always has an "unfriendly" attitude. She's definitely not "excellent". Beware of this post, I have a feeling you're management.....

The community is beautiful!! The staff is very informative, and they spend a lot of time making sure you are comfortable.

Sounds to me like someone is obsessed with our manager and out to try and get her job. If so, you are wasting your time, we the residents will not let the manager go and you do not qualify to fill her position. Didn't your mother teach you any manners? If you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all! To be jealous of anothers success will only bring bad luck upon yourself. We are actual residents that live here and love it! Have lived other apartments where the maintenance and staff really didn't give a hoot about the residents. As we said before, anyone that wants to visit this community should stop by, take a tour, if not with the office staff, just drive around!! ASK THE RESIDENTS! To the negative comments made, do us a favor and learn something from your misfortunes. The staff, maintenance, residents and great location are what we love about living here. As we've said before, just drive around and look, talk to the residents. Make it a good day!
