it was good then; i wouldn't know what it's like now. the manager was great; she worked with us one time when we were going to be late on our rent. the maintenance was great the one time we had to use it. after a big rain, the door wouldn't shut properly, so we told the manager and maintenance was at our apartment within less than an hour to fix it. the apartment was nothing fancy, but overall pretty good, especially for the price.
