Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Management is very relunctant to help and there is no full-time maintance crew. It often takes a month to get repairs done. Manager is gossipy and talks about the residents with other residents. Her husband often appears to be under the influence of a substance and walks around the complex in short shorts, no shirt and flip flops. Both the manager and her husband have short tempers and are unpredictable.
