What a dump

I have lived there for several years.
When you first move in it looks good but the maintenance is horrible.
Sewer backs up in the homes.
Water leaks from the ceilings.
Management refuses to fix the problem.
They temporarily patch it but in a few months the problems return.
There is a mold issue that management refuses acknowledge which results in a musty smell that permiates everthing.
There is a train line next to the complex that has 30-40 trains a day come by that sets off the car alarms.
I am leaving because they are raising prices to compete with the high-end apartments down the road.
It is not worth it for this dump of complex.

Man, things haven't changed in 10 yrs. Before I bought my house in 1998, I used to live in Pont Alba. All of the issues currently raised here were the same ones that caused me to move out.
