For the area (inner loop), you can not find a better price for an apartment.
The complex is a bit older, but pretty well kept.
They're all bills paid, which is really beneficial if you like to run the A/C a lot.
The manager is always out on the grounds making sure they're clean.
I liked the covered parking right in front of my apartment.
I almost never heard the neighbors upstairs but there was always someone living up there.
It was almost always quiet outside (except for the train track nearby that I could barely hear in my apartment).
I never had any issues with crime on my car or apartment and didn't hear any stories in the time I was there.
I always felt safe walking in the complex at night.
When I had a few maintenance issues, they were typically handled the same day and pretty quickly.
