Manager is Dishonest I am reading all of these reviews and I see what everyone else is saying. The manager is horrible. She goes through peoples trash and reads thrown away mail, she has admitted to evicting people from what she has found, she walks the grounds and looks through peoples

Horrible manager! The manger of the pont alba apartments is the most hateful woman I have ever met! She is a control freak that has nothing better to do than torment families. I caught her just last night looking through peoples cars at 12: 30 at night. I don't feel safe at all here.

Make a complaint and you will be evicted! Manager is dishonest and rude. I complained about the plumbing after it flooded my apartment and was blamed for it. I was told "you cant put food dwn the disposal" Ok....a garbage disposal that you cant dispose your garbage in? The plumber told me

Highly recommended ! When looking for an apartment in Bellaire, this is the only place I would recommend! I am a single mother and needed an apartment that was close to work and good schools. The manager adheres to the rules so I am comfortable with safety for both myself and my son.
