Great Place! - We just moved into the complex from Houston and really love Bell Oaks! We feel safe with several police officers living in the complex and all of the management staff actually live on the premises. The town is small but the people are really friendly. Bell Oaks is a really nice and quiet place to live! They have onsite
Police officers that live there and the managers live there too. I love
the big walk-in closets and they welcome pets. Bellville has market days
downtown in the square every first saturday of the month and the Austin
County Fair

PHase ll is very nice...huge apartments for the price! Bell Oaks Village, Phase ll is very nice. They are newly built. My apartment is very large. Currently, phase ll is now managed by a new company so we will see how they will be. So far, so good. Very friendly staff that seems to care about
