Please read my first comment listed as untitled for this date.I was referred to these apartments as a safe shelter from a local womens shelter. DO NOT BE DECEIVED. d. These apartments are unsafe, easily accessed by disreputable individuals and staff who have adopted abusive tendancies and appear to watch tenants for individuals to prey upon and violate. All level of staff appeared to be aware and involved, actively participating in receiving, distribution and sale of stolen goods, or creating an environment of quiet consent or intimidation, thus violating tenant rights. Many inside thefts occured, household goods, groceries, books, fabrics, holiday gifts etc.REPEATEDLY. Lock changes did not help! Intimidation, hostility, and further thefts occured in response to my complaints. Gunplay and violence common place. Much drug abuse and inappropriate solicitation. This is not a safe environment for a child to come home to after school or for working moms who must rely on neighbors and latch key programs. If you must be in Belton rent a house or apply at other apartments. There are resources for these also. Don?t let abuse or a setback in your financial circumstances place you in further danger. Circumstantial breakdowns can be remedied, easier than cruel and self serving attitudes will change. PROTECT YOURSELF.

this is a very true statement..i lived there three years ago and i lived in what they would call the bottom i ended up going to jail and when i got out a short time later i was told through a neighbor that the maintence took everything out of my apartment and gave things away.. before the jail thing i requsted to have my bathroom fixed and an order was posted i always kept the door locked but this time i did forget. anyhow i had a boyfriend down from iraq that was on r&r we were in the middle of sex acts and the maintence man was watching and said" r u done know can i fix your restroom".. i also had an income tax check stolen it was cashed and my cash hideing spot was the toliet inside the tank went to come home to find my my door open and the toilet being worked on explain that one!!!!!!!
