| 05/08/2013 | Chappell Oaks was and still is the best apartment complex I've lived in. The staff was absolutely helpful and friendly, maintance was ran by Rick and he was kind and did his job perfectly. I moved from there in summer of 2012 and I miss them. The community is quite and very calm. The majority of residents were elderly, families, and occassional students. The lay-out is beautiful and I enjoyed seeing all the squirrels. I miss you all! ...
