Great for college students

The 2 bedrooms are very spacious. Depending on which building you live, it can be pretty quiet. A great place to live if you're a student at UMHB...very close to campus and close to I-35. Bugs and thin walls are the only problem, but the building's pretty old. Rent is cheap (based on your income).
