Well, I have lived here twice now and am getting ready to move out. Its not THAT bad but it is pretty bad. If the employees here don't like you then you are out of luck as a tenant.

The first time I lived here I was forced to move due to serious harassment that management would not even acknowledge.

The washers and dryers here make your clothes dirtier than when you put them in there and cost a dollar for each wash and a dollar for each dry. They suck

I had a hole in my ceiling for 10 months. They were totally aware of it when I moved in but hadn't fixed it until a month ago, now that my lease is almost up. My entire hallway and kitchen floor vibrates when my downstairs neighor is running the heat or air. Whats up with that' My screen door has been broken forever and the bathtub fills with water while trying to take a shower. There is no balcony and if you live upstairs good luck in a fire. Only one exit in each apartment not counting windows is the front door. Oh, and the playground just needs to be leveled. My parents own a construction business and I cannot believe the way some things are done here. There is this rooster in the neighborhood across the street and omigod. It crows all hours of the day and night!

Overall, I have had problems. But being a single mother, working and in school, it has helped finacially. If you live here I hope it isnt for long and it helps you get somewhere.

I disagree with everything this residents has said, due to the fact that i too live at College View and have had nothing but good response from maintenance and office staff. I think that a lot of people forget how nice it is to have help on your rent,with based on income housing, that allows you to go to school,work and raise your child as a single parent.No College View is not the Hilton, but i know that it is a safe environment and your home is what you make it! As far as the office and maintenance staff, they don't have to like you to do their jobs right!And i have one question for this person, why if you thought it was so bad did you have to move there twice, and if they didn't like you why did they let you??????
