WE HAVE GONE THROUGH 3 MANAGERS IN LESS THAN A YEAR!

LANDMARK APARTMENTS ARE GOOD FOR LOW INCOME TENANTS. WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE PLUMING. OUR TOILET HAS OVER FLOWED DUE TO THE PIPES BEING BACKED 3 TIMES. ALL THAT MAINTANENCE DID WAS BRING A WET VAC TO US SO THAT WE COULD CLEAN IT OURSELVES! NOW ON OUR THIRD MANAGER, WHEN OUR LEASE IS UP, TH WANT TO RAISE THE RENT BY $100! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TO MOVE TO MOVE TO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
