Horrible place to live!!

We lived there 2 years and we were sooo happy when we moved out!! People dont respect the rules!! People out in front of your door being loud at all hours of the night. Electric bills over $120.00 every month. Whatever you do dont rent by the park!!! Rent would go up just about every month. Stay away stay away!!!! Just a trashy place to live!!

bad business to post anonymous complaints... this Montrose apartment complaint probability written by a competing apartment complex... that's a sore looser... anonymous complainer's is perfect definition of a coward.... my opinions are public... and i'm easy to find in... belton texas... and no connection at all to this apartment complex..
