I have lived at Montrose for 6 years, I love my apartment and it is a nice place to live. It does have some noisy children every once in a while but other than that the place is very quiet. My neighbor has three small kids and I have never heard them, and they say they never hear my kids. The grounds around Montrose are large and trust me they mow the lawns every week because sometimes you walk outside and they are mowing again.There are pretty trees all over and the grass always looks nice and the shrubs are always cut back, making look real nice around the area. I think the maintenace could use some work, they are kinda slow to get to problems and let some things go but other than that I have had no problems.
