perfect place for UMHB students I had a blast while living at College View. The rent went with my income which allowed my to attend UMHB full time and graduate in 2004. I lived in the front across from the President's residence. I walked to school everyday. There are a lot of great memories

Great place Nice size for 1/1. Large Kitchen. Offer cable for extra $35. Clean complex. Great staff. They fix any problems within hours of reporting it. Huge gym, washer facility is availble in Gym area. Work out while you do your wash! Individual covered parking for each unit. Nice swiming
