The rent is a little high, we have noisy neighbors , there is allot of trash and poo on the grounds. The people at the office seem to change like clothing. Only one person is nice there. The maintanence is quick to serve but the office doesn't call anymore to make sure that the job you requested was done. The parking is not that bad. They need to do better pest control...ants are bad outside and that brings them in.The apartments are nice size and everything is new. I love the pool when it is clean and open. When the lease comes up though we are going to find a house.
