We thought this apartment complex seemed like a decent place to live, and a good value for the price. We have been VERY disappointed. There are continuous infestations of fire ants inside the apartment and on all the grounds outside. There are also snakes that will give you quite a scare; one of our neighbors found a snake INSIDE her second floor unit! The outside lamp post light near our unit has not worked since we moved in (over 6 months ago), and the owner will not fix it; it is a serious hazard since you have to walk down steps in the total darkness. The biggest problem we've had is the manager and owner. The owner raises rent often, so you can count on a huge rae hike as soon as your lease is up. The managers seem nice a first, but have gone back on their promises to us more than 3 times, which has left us furious! Not a good place to live!!
