Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
The apartments are not maintained by any stretch of the imagination. My AC did not work well and was loud....of course nothing was ever done about it and the only response I got was that "well, these were built in the early 80's." Yes, the rent went up everytime the lease was up for renewel AND expect to have money taken from your deposit once you move out....even if you clean the place THOUROGHLY, you will still get charged!
