I was fairly happy for the first year. I regret signing the second year lease.
*Power surges all the time. Get ready to restart your computer and reset your alarm clocks.
*Ants are out of control.
*The pet waste is really out of control and management does absolutely nothing about it. The stinch is so bad that you can't open your windows in the spring time. If you have children, you can guarantee they will step in it because they can hardly avoid it, it's everywhere.
*Cops are always there breaking up something.
*One car breakin/theft that I know of.
*Two out of three staff members are rude and unwilling to help.
*After a strong storm, gutters and tree branches laid on the grounds for TWO MONTHS! It may still be there.
*I'm very disappointed in the staff changes over the last year. In 2002 they had a GREAT staff. But the '03 & '04 staff was not so good. They're nice and sweet and helpfull until you sign on the line, then you can't even get them to wave and say hi to you. Somethings wrong with that!
*I could not wait for my lease to expire so I could get out of there. I have friends living there now and they can't wait to get out either.
Look somewhere else before you sign a lease here, unless of course, you like ants in your house and the strong smell of dog crap every time you walk outside.
