The mailboxes were broken into on June 6th. I called them June 7th and asked when they would be fixed. I was told they were being fixed either that day or the next day.

I called them June 23rd as it had been over 2 weeks that we have had to go pick up our mail at the post office which is not an easy thing to do because my husband works until after 5 o'clock and the only way I can get to the post office is to walk with my baby in the heat or wait until Saturday morning to go pick it up.

I asked on the 23rd when our mailboxes would be fixed and they said worst case scenario was Monday afternoon and that by the next Friday that it would all be fixed.

It is now very early Wednesday morning on the 28th and the mailboxes are still not fixed. I understand they are having to replace the whole big box but this is getting ridiculous!
