I have read over some of the reviews that people have left on this ratings.com. I just went last week looking for an apartment. The young lady that helped me seemed really intrested and was very friendly. She even followed up the next day with a phone call. When I viewed the apartment it seemed clean and was a good price for the location. Benbrook seems like a good area to move.

There are people getting evicted here left and right. In the area of 6 apartments that I live in, there have been 5 evictions in 2 years. I haven't lived in many apartments before but I've never seen people get evicted like they do here! I know one person owed the complex just about $1300 in rent before they were evicted.

i lived here for a year before i moved to N.C. and am moving back in a few months.Considering moving back to these apartments. Never had a problem. I guess if you can't afford it you shouldn't rent it!!!Everything was always handled great for me and any maintenance was always completed in a timeley manner.Though sometimes you did have to remind them the next day. But always taken care of..
