I would not advise living here. I feel that they only try to manipulate the renter and do what they can to make more money off of the tenant. We signed a lease with free pool ammenities and now because of others disregard to rules they are charging tenants for pool passes to use a free pool. The maintenance is horrible. We have had to repair or undo what maintenance has done due to lack of proper maintenance. There are silver fish and other bugs. Weekly spray sessions don't seem to eliminate the bug problem. Management is not very professional in dealing with your concerns. You are treated indifferently. We will not resign our lease. There have been neighbor issues unresolved.

I like living here. The pool pass was only five bucks and I got four. Plus you get your five bucks back when you move out as long as you return them. Maintenance is great, Office staff is the best I've ever seen.
