I moved into my apartment about three month ago and I love it! My apartment is very clean and I have brand new carpet! Christin was very helpful getting me moved in quickly and she even helped me move a few large piecies of furniture into the apartment that I could not carry on my own. The maintenance team here is amazing and very proffesional. I always get my work orders done the same day I call them into the office. The community is very quiet and kept very clean. In response to the tenant posting on the pool concerns I do no agree. Christin informed me that the reason why they started doing pool passes was because so many people from surrounding neighborhoods and other communites were trespassing and using our pool. I already got my pool passes and it was only $5 per apartment, come on $5! I just think some people have to much time on their hands so they feel compeeled to complain about ridiculous issues. The only complaint that I have is that aroung my building parking sometimes can become an issue and my neighbor has a dog that cries all the time. But other that that I really do like it here and I would recommend this place to others.
