So Far So Good

Been living here for 5 months. Nice, quiet, and maintenance reports promptly. I've seen Benbrook Police drive through occasionally, monitoring the complex. Office staff have been seen actually enforcing rules at the pool. A man was drinking from a glass bottle and the office personal brought him a cup to pour it instead of telling him to trash it. Nice walking trail outside the apartments. I do not plan on paying rent late or breaking my lease, so hopefully I'll have no problems (knock on wood). However, I will go on the "walk-through" with management upon my departure to ensure that I'm not bogusly charged for anything (learned my lesson from last complex I was at).

Renters, realize that this is a marketing post by management. Recommend skipping this complex. Prospect tenants should also note that previous manager is no longer there, after an incident in which she reported 2 picketing tenants to the police as "suspicious activity"...even though the tenants notified the manager beforehand. Prospective tenants may expect similar treatment from mgnmt. As further evidence, see management replies to this post in which the idea of "stupid tenants" is used. That's how mgmt sees you: stupid. Renters can find other nice places that are less abusive. |
