I have lived here for a year and a half and I love it. The apartments are beautiful and the staff are great. I know that they are strict with their rules and paying rent on time but they go over all of that at move in. I was told exactly what the cost would be if I paid my rent late or had to break my lease so there should not be any surprises if either one occured. What kind of business would they be running if everyone could just pay when they want and move when they want' As far as I know they are not a non-profit organization. This place is apartment living at its best. Residents are friendly and the staff make it easy for you to meet people. I have referred two friends to this complex and they are very happy. Sure, they are not a not-profit organization and trying to squeeze from their occupants as much as possible. I am still living here and waiting for my lease to end. My suggestion is: "Stay away to save your pocket!!!!!!"

Beware posts like this from "residents" who are actually management staff. Have also had a bad experience at VQ. My advice to prospective tenants is: Respect Yourself and skip this place.
