I have lived in 4 to 5 different apartments and this is by far the worse. The management is absolutely horrible. They in my opinion harass their tenants and do not I repeat do not like pets. If you have pets DO NOT consider these apartments. At first I thought it was just me and my girlfriend, but I soon found out that at least 50% of the people living here would not live here again. There was at one point in time talk about getting a petition together to get rid of management!!!That is how bad it is. They recently went up on rent and their facilities are broke half the time. I normally would not take the time to write something like this, but if I can just save one person from making the mistake I did then I will feel better.

I know this person! Well, at least I know of them. They are just mad becuase several people on property (including myself) told on them about having their yellow lab off the leash ALL the time. They never pick up after him either. It did get better though. I eventually started to see him with his dog on a leash. I'm just glad my kids never were attacked by his dog when it was off the leash. They make these rules for a reason, and I am one happy person when it comes to some of the rules. The only thing that really bothers me is the stupid parking stickers. I know they are supposed to keep other people from parking under your paid covered parking spot, but they tow like animals sometimes. They even towed my neighbors jeep because it had a For Sale sign on it! He said they apologized and he got his jeep back, but what a hassle. That's really the only complaint I have about this place.

Realize "luvable" is a tenant who works for mgmt. Recommend skipping this complex. See responses to "positive" posts. Prospect tenants should also note that previous manager is no longer there, after an incident in which she reported 2 picketing tenants to the police as "suspicious activity"...even though the tenants notified the manager beforehand. Prospective tenants may expect similar treatment from mgnmt. As further evidence, see management replies to this post in which the idea of "stupid tenants" is used. That's how mgmt sees you: stupid. Renters can find other nice places that are less abusive.

if you dont want to worry about getting killed when walking through the parking lot to your car this is the place to live. If you follow the rules management is NO PROBLEM!!! my wife and i have lived here 13 months and just renewed our lease..it is a little pricey but for the quality of living...it is worth it. dont let that psycho chris907 scare you off, this is a great complex.

pro2nd is a fool, managment was a problem when I left. Their over zealous groundskeeper decided to steal two of my expensive wicker chairs and see what they looked like in the trash compactor. The crazy woman with blonde hair, visor and thought that she was still attractive and 20 tried to say it was my fault and wouldn't reimburse me for my chairs. Evil woman, hope she rots in some trailer somewhere...and that trailer gets sucked up by the next Katrina. Die -----!
