I have lived here for a long time. You cannot beat the location in Fort Worth and the complex is absolutely beautiful. The staff is the best. Heather and Mishele are wonderful to talk with. Welcome Greystar..... the grounds have never been cleaner and maintenance is so much better- things really get fixed now. WOW!!!!

Prospective tenants, find some other apartment. The place must have gotten so bad that management has to keep writing the "5" score reviews to generate business. Beware excessive late fees. Staff is eager to collect $50 plus $10/day late plus any discount for that month (in my case, about $100). The staff has nailed renters the day the fees become late and there are no reminders. Other contract terms are stacked in management's favor, including a host of clauses which allow entry to your apt. You are required to pay trash fees even if you cart your own trash. Some appliances perform poorly, esp the dishwasher which sometimes redistributes particles instead of banishing them. Road noise is a problem since the complex is on a rise topping I-20. Icy areas do not appear to be treated with salt or sand. Access can be difficult, since the staff may not be diligent about entering your gate code. Finally, 3 banks of giant backbone power lines run the complex on 2 sides. Check the EPA and FCC .gov websites and you will see the admission that the jury is still out on effects from power lines and other ELF. Common area is only available by reservation, and then only for 2 hours each time. 2 internet terminals and printer are available in another common area, but a bandwidth test on them showed only less than 85Kbps, not great compared to 56K dialup.

Dear Anonymous, I assure you that I am a resident of the complex and do not work for and was not prompted to write my review. I did so of my own free will and desire. Furthermore, you complain about having to comply with the terms of your lease with regard to late fees etc.. My advice is for you to pay your rent on time. I read the lease and it is not written by the complex, but by TAA, so perhaps you need to read the lease or any other legal document before you sign. I am a previous home owner and I can assure you that they charge late fees when you don???t pay your mortgage on time too. The trash fee is a small fee considering that 2 or 3 people physically pick the trash up at the curb and take it to the compactor for you- why don???t you use the service that you are paying for instead of complaining about it. All dishwashers are not created equally and perhaps you are not doing your part by rinsing etc. There is not a little man in there scrubbing the dishes for you..... As for the road noise, location and the power lines, were your eyes and ears working when you rented here? All of those things are evident when you look at the complex, its not as if they hid it and then it just appeared when you moved in AND unless they held a gun to your head, I would think that you had a choice in the matter. The noise is not bad; in fact it is quieter here than in most other complexes and at some point in our lives or that of our children, it is going to be deemed that EVERYTHING causes some kind of illness or another. I have used the clubroom by reservation before for an evening, not 2 hours and the business center is GREAT! and should be only available for limited times otherwise people like you will camp out and not let others use it. The fitness center is incredible and is available 24 hours per day. Victorian Quarters is an awesome place to live and I plan to be here for a long time and hope that you find your perfect apartment someday, but I would advise you to go with your eyes and ears working.

Anonymous is right at this matter. I agree totally with everything plus have to add it is noisy from highways. I can not fall in sleep here. And chasemc, you do not make a sense. Are you a resident or homeowner? Shame on who you are to defend managers. This business will go down with the service they provide. I hope the owner will hire better manager.
